*Yanderation: I transcribed the song's title as "YANDERATION".
The word is made up from the Japanese word "yandere", which is a type of manga characterization for a girl who is really sweet and loving at first and then turns out to be kind of psychotic and insane? I guess it's the contrary of "tsundere". Correct me if I'm wrong ^^
So I translated the word as "Unhealthily romantic", but there's actually more to it, as you can see. Also the "-ation" part of the word and the "sickness" theme of the song could also mean that the person singing is kind of "yanderized", like the mad love of the girl is sort of contagious and the person ends up being in love as well. But that's just a guess.

**This sentence looks like a jumble of random kanji tbh, so I couldn't really make sense of it x_x
